Handmade Artwork: Each piece of art is handmade so there may be subtle differences in the one you receive vs. what is is pictured online. Just rest easy in knowing that your piece is unique and one of a kind, like a snowflake.
Natural Materials: Some of my pieces use natural materials, such as wood. Due to the nature of these materials, it is common to see things such as visible wood grain, scratches, saw marks, knots, small cracks etc. Don't be alarmed if you notice these small details, it is just the beauty of natural materials.
Damaged Items: I pack each piece of art carefully but sometimes life happens. If your artwork arrived damaged, please let me know by email within 48 hours after delivery (thegingerchik@gmail.com). Please include photos of the damaged artwork and the damaged packaging (if applicable).
Returns: Please select your artwork carefully. I want you to love your new artwork as much as I do, but If you are not completely satisfied, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original packaging. After 7 business days, I am unable to offer refunds. Please email me at thegingerchik@gmail.com if you wish to start a return process.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and original packaging material. Proof of purchase required. Returns are only available for regularly priced items. Unfortunately, I will not be able to offer a return if the artwork is not in the original condition, not in its original packaging or if it is missing parts or pieces not due to error. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Shipping on Returns: Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You can pick the carrier and method but a tracking number is required. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Custom Artwork, Commissioned Artwork and Sale Items: All sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Deposits on commissioned and custom artwork are non-refundable once supplies have been purchased and/or the work has begun.
