This piece is in memory of the Francis Scott Key Bridge and all of the lives it touched. Construction started in the 1960s with the hardwork from local Baltimore businesses and industrial artisans. It opened to the public on March 23, 1977 to complete the Interstate-695 loop around Baltimore. Soon after opening, My parents went on a date and drove around the highway just because they could! On March 26, 2024, the bridge was struck by a large container ship and it collapsed. Share a piece of Baltimore history and add your own memories with this Francis Scott Key Bridge Greeting Card.
